This five-day highly interactive course is designed for Managers/Supervisors, Training Coordinators, Technical Staff, Trainers/Instructors and Subject Matter Experts wishing to become more involved in developing programs, instructor-led courses and other types of training.
Participants will develop an instructional design plan based on the ADDIE model. They will leave with tools and tips to get them started on designing effective, engaging and efficient courses.
Follow up consulting is available to ensure that our students have the support they need to continue applying the instructional design methodology they learn in this course.
